New Delhi, Feb 17: Estonian President Alar Karis arrived in New Delhi on February 17 to participate in the India-AI Impact Summit.
He was welcomed by Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports Raksha Khadse. The Ministry of External Affairs noted that the visit would strengthen India-Estonia ties.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasized the summit’s goal of fostering global discussions on Artificial Intelligence, highlighting its transformative impact on sectors like healthcare and education.
The summit’s theme focuses on welfare and happiness for all. Earlier, during a meeting in Paris, both leaders discussed cybersecurity and reaffirmed their commitment to democracy and shared values.
