Mumbai, Feb 10: BSE reported a significant 174% increase in consolidated net profit, reaching Rs 602 crore for Q3 FY26, compared to Rs 220 crore in the same period last year. The net profit margin rose to 45% from 26%.
The exchange also achieved its highest quarterly revenue of Rs 1,334 crore, a 61% year-on-year growth. Operating EBITDA tripled to Rs 732 crore with margins increasing to 59%.
In Q3, BSE welcomed 99 new equity listings, raising Rs 97,657 crore, and set a record by trading 772 crore equity derivatives contracts. CEO Sundararaman Ramamurthy emphasized the company’s commitment to innovation and market development.
BSE’s fundraising platforms facilitated Rs 22.4 lakh crore in mobilization and highlighted a robust IPO pipeline, culminating in 39 companies raising Rs 95,272 crore in the quarter. The SME platform marked its 700th listing, achieving the last 100 listings in 179 days.
