New Delhi, Sept 27: NTPC Ltd. announced a final dividend of Rs. 3,248 crore on 25th September 2025 for FY 2024-25, amounting to 33.50% of the paid-up equity capital.
This was presented by CMD Shri Gurdeep Singh to Hon’ble Minister of Power and Housing & Urban Affairs, Shri Manohar Lal. Alongside, the company had previously issued two interim dividends of Rs. 2,424 crore each in November 2024 and February 2025.
The total dividend for the fiscal year reached Rs. 8,096 crore, or Rs. 8.35 per share, marking the 32nd consecutive year of dividend payments by NTPC Ltd.
