New Delhi, Nov 10: Force Post Jakhal received information from Railway Helpline that in Train no. 12485 a lady passenger has left her lady purse in coach M-1. On receipt of this information, the train was attended at platform no. 1 at Jakhal Railway Station. When the Railway Protection Force along with the onboard ticket checking personnel of the coach, they checked seat no. 27, 28, 29 and the lady’s purse was found, the information of recovery of the purse was given to the lady passenger Sarvjeet Kaur on her mobile.
On the request of the lady her relative Shri Mangat Rai resident of Jakhal was informed on mobile and he was called to Jakhal Railway Protection Force post. Presenting his Aadhar card, Shri Mangat Rai requested for the purse, on which the RPF personnel spoke to the lady passenger on her mobile and on her request handed over the purse to her relative. According to the woman passenger, the purse contained her Aadhar card, a train ticket from Nanded to Jind, a mobile phone worth approximately Rs. 1,20,000, cash Rs. 1,590 and some other items, the total value of which is approx. Rs 1,25,000.
