Rao is a civil servant of 1998 batch of Indian Railway Accounts Service and carries rich experience in Infrastructure financing, policy formulation, budgeting and administrative fields across sectors of Rail Transport and Urban Development. He has been shouldering the responsibilities of Director Finance/RailTel from October 2022.
He has been playing a vital role in the growth journey of RailTel maximising wealth for the shareholders.
