Faridabad, June 17: On 16th June 2023 an MoU has been signed between NHPC Limited and KSEB Limited for providing consultancy services to KSEB Ltd. as its Owner’s Engineer for vetting of design of Ongoing Projects of KSEB Ltd. and also for the projects in the pipeline. The MoU was signed by Sh. Rajat Gupta, Executive Director (SBD&C), NHPC and Sh. Radhakrishnan G, Director (Generation- Civil), KSEB Limited. Other Senior officers from both the organizations were also present.
A brief meeting was also held with Chairman & Managing Director, KSEB Ltd. before signing of MoU, wherein he complimented R.K. Vishnoi, CMD, NHPC for associating with KSEB for this assignment. He expressed his strong belief and faith on the NHPC’s technical prowess and expertise.
The MoU entails togetherness with KSEB and NHPC for accelerated development of the hydroelectric potential of the state in the most techno-commercially viable manner as an enabler towards clean energy transition.

एनएचपीसी लिमिटेड के बीच समझौता ज्ञापन (एमओयू) पर हस्ताक्षर
केएसईबी लिमिटेड की चल रही परियोजनाओं और आगामी परियोजनाओं की डिजाइन की जांच के लिए ओनर्स इंजीनियर के रूप में केएसईबी लिमिटेड को परामर्श सेवाएं प्रदान करने के लिए 16 जून , 2023 को एनएचपीसी लिमिटेड और केएसईबी लिमिटेड के बीच एक समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किया गया है। इस समझौता ज्ञापन पर श्री रजत गुप्ता, कार्यपालक निदेशक (एसबीडी एंड सी), एनएचपीसी और श्री राधाकृष्णन जी, निदेशक (जनरेशन- सिविल), केएसईबी लिमिटेड द्वारा हस्ताक्षर किए गए। इस अवसर पर दोनों संगठनों के अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारी भी उपस्थित रहे ।
समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर करने से पहले, अध्यक्ष एवं प्रबंध निदेशक, केएसईबी लिमिटेड के साथ एक संक्षिप्त बैठक भी की गई, जिसमें उन्होंने इस कार्य हेतु केएसईबी के साथ जुड़ने के लिए श्री आर.के. विश्नोई, सीएमडी, एनएचपीसी की सराहना की। उन्होंने एनएचपीसी के तकनीकी कौशल और विशेषज्ञता पर दृढ़ विश्वास और निष्ठा के बारे में विचार व्यक्त किए। यह समझौता ज्ञापन क्लीन एनर्जी ट्रैन्ज़िशन की दिशा में एक समर्थन के रूप में अधिक तकनीकी-व्यावसायिकता के व्यवहार्य तरीके से राज्य की जलविद्युत क्षमता का तेजी से विकास करने के लिए केएसईबी और एनएचपीसी की एकजुटता पर जोर देता है।
