Mumbai, April 9 TCS reported a 12% year-on-year rise in Q4 FY26 net profit to ₹13,718 crore, with revenue growing 9.6% to ₹70,698 crore.
On a sequential basis, profit jumped 28.7% while revenue rose 5.4%, marking the third straight quarter of growth.
CEO K Krithivasan said demand remained strong across markets despite macro headwinds, with continued client confidence in tech spending.
The company announced a final dividend of ₹31 per share, taking total FY26 shareholder payouts to ₹39,571 crore.
COO Aarthi Subramanian highlighted strong AI momentum, with annualised AI revenues crossing $2.3 billion.
Total Q4 expenses stood at ₹53,093 crore.
