Reliance Industries Q2 Results: Net Profit Rises 14.3% to ₹22,092 Crore

Mumbai, Oct 18: Reliance Industries (RIL) reported a 14.3% increase in Q2 net profit to Rs 22,092 crore for the July-September quarter (Q2) of 2025-26, compared to the same quarter in the previous financial year.

The company also saw a 9.9% increase in gross revenue to Rs 2,83,548 crore. Jio Platforms Ltd saw a 14.9% YoY increase, driven by subscriber growth across mobility and homes, ARPU improvements, and digital service offerings.

Reliance Retail’s revenue increased by 18%, with significant growth across consumption baskets. Oil to Chemicals (O2C) revenue increased by 3.2% YoY, while production meant for sale increased by 2.3% YoY. However, Oil and Gas segment revenue decreased by 2.6% YoY due to natural decline in production and lower condensate price realisation.

Reliance Industries Limited Chairman and Managing Director, Mukesh D. Ambani, praised the company’s performance and said the digital services business continued to scale up with positive momentum in subscriber addition across homes and mobility services.
