New Delhi, May 12: Prasanna Kumar Motupalli, Chairman and Managing Director of NLC India Limited, has been conferred the Corporate Business Management Innovative Leadership Excellence Award 2025–26 at the 26th Annual Geominetech Conference held in Bhubaneswar.
The award, presented during National Technology Day celebrations, recognises visionary leadership, managerial excellence, innovation-driven strategy, and contributions to industry growth and national development.
Under Motupalli’s leadership, NLC India has accelerated its transformation with a strong focus on renewable energy expansion, digitalisation, operational efficiency, and sustainability. The company has also reported significant growth in market capitalisation and strengthened its footprint across lignite mining, thermal power, and renewable energy segments, including solar and wind.
Accepting the award, Motupalli dedicated the honour to the employees and stakeholders of the organisation, acknowledging their collective role in driving the company’s growth and innovation journey.
