On October 27, 2021, NBCC and its subsidiary Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited (HSCL) under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), paid Dividend of INR 52.24 and 4.36 crore, respectively (including interim dividend) to the Govt. of India for the year FY 2020-21.
The Dividend cheque(s) were presented to Hardeep Singh Puri, Minister for MoHUA and MoPNG by PK Gupta, CMD, NBCC & Chairman, HSCL and TLN Reddy, Managing Director, HSCL in august presence of Durga Shanker Mishra, Secretary, MoHUA; Kamran Rizvi, Government Nominee Director & Additional Secretary, MoHUA; Smt. BK Sokhey, Director (Finance) NBCC; Shyam Awasthi, Director (Finance), HSCL along with Company Secretary of NBCC & HSCL and senior officials from the Ministry.
