New Delhi, July 02: Prime Minister Narendra Modi held high-level bilateral talks with Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi at Hyderabad House in New Delhi on Thursday as part of the 16th India-Japan Annual Summit, reaffirming the commitment of both nations to deepen their Special Strategic and Global Partnership.
Before the formal discussions, the two leaders exchanged warm greetings. In a symbolic gesture reflecting the close friendship between the two countries, Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi bowed before the national flags of India and Japan as she and Prime Minister Modi walked towards the meeting venue.
