New Delhi, Dec 10: The Union Minister for New & Renewable Energy and Power has informed that Under Tranche-II of Production-Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme for High Efficiency Solar PV modules, with an outlay of Rs. 19,500 crore, Letters of Award have been issued in April, 2023 for setting up of 39,600 MW of fully/ partially integrated solar PV module manufacturing units. The details of capacities awarded under Tranche-II of PLI Scheme for High Efficiency Solar PV modules are given below.

The manufacturing units sanctioned under PLI scheme for High Efficiency Solar PV modules will be eligible for getting PLI on annual basis on manufacture and sale of High Efficiency Solar PV modules for 5 years from the actual date of commissioning or scheduled commissioning date, whichever is earlier.
