HUDCO FY26 Sanctions Jump 29%, Disbursements Up 28%

New Delhi, March 31 State-run Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd. (HUDCO) reported strong growth in FY2025–26, with loan sanctions rising 28.76% year-on-year to ₹1.65 lakh crore, driven by sustained demand for urban infrastructure financing.

Disbursements grew 27.87% to ₹51,194 crore, reflecting steady project execution and improved capital deployment.

CMD Sanjay Kulshrestha said the performance was supported by proactive market tracking and internal reforms, with the company maintaining focus on financing sustainable and inclusive urban development.

HUDCO is also scaling up its newly launched Urban Investment Window (UiWIN) to accelerate capital flow into city infrastructure projects and deepen engagement with urban local bodies.

The company continues to align its growth strategy with the government’s infrastructure-led development agenda under Viksit Bharat 2047.
