Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL) has achieved a significant milestone with its Adani One consumer app surpassing five million registered members within just 10 months of introducing Adani Rewards, one of India’s first integrated airport loyalty programmes. The achievement highlights the growing preference for digital-first airport services among travellers.

The Adani Rewards programme enables passengers to earn and redeem reward points on shopping, dining and a wide range of airport services through the Adani One app. Available across all eight airports managed by AAHL, the programme is designed to make airport journeys more convenient while rewarding frequent travellers.

According to the company, the rapid growth in membership reflects increasing adoption of smart digital travel solutions. Passengers can instantly enrol in the programme using their mobile number and begin collecting reward points, which can later be redeemed for complimentary food, beverages and premium airport experiences.

AAHL also revealed plans to introduce a tier-based membership programme later this year. The upgraded model will offer personalised privileges, enhanced rewards and exclusive benefits for frequent flyers, further strengthening customer engagement across its airport network.

The company credited seasonal promotional campaigns, including Diwali, Winterfest and the Summer Carnival, for driving higher user participation through exclusive offers and curated travel experiences. Additional programme enhancements are expected in the coming months to deliver greater value to passengers.

Currently, AAHL operates eight airports across India, including Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Jaipur, Guwahati, Mangaluru, Thiruvananthapuram and the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport, making it India’s largest public-private partnership airport operator. Conclusion

With five million members and expanding digital services, Adani One is strengthening its position as a comprehensive airport loyalty and travel platform while enhancing the overall passenger experience across AAHL-managed airports.
