Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav held a big meeting on Monday. He met with Police Chief Kailash Makwana in Bhopal. Other senior police officers also attended this meeting at the police headquarters. The Chief Minister reviewed twenty different police matters during his visit.

He told the police officers to stay ready for farmer issues. Farmers in many areas do not have enough fertilizer. It’s a big problem for them. They also need more seeds. Very little rain fell in some parts of the state. This poor rain created dry conditions. Farmers want help from the government to sow their crops again. The police must watch these farm issues closely.

New Police Jobs And Recruitment Plans

The Chief Minister also talked about young people. Students recently held protests in New Delhi. These students showed anger over test leaks. They also protested about job shortages. This ruckus in the national capital caught his attention. He told the state police to handle local student protests gently. Officers must use a soft touch with young protesters.

The state will hire many new people soon. It’s a massive hiring plan. The Chief Minister announced a plan to recruit nine thousand police constables. He also approved more jobs for other ranks. He wants to start a new Police Recruitment Board. This board will manage the hiring process. The department also promoted twenty-five thousand police workers recently.

The Chief Minister wants to help special groups. He ordered a special hiring drive for tribal youths. This drive will recruit people from the Baiga, Sahariya, and Bhariya groups into the force. He also checked the hiring process for the police band. The Special Armed Force is running this band project.
