HUDCO Marks First Cultural Day ‘Taana-Baana’ with Vibrant Celebrations

New Delhi, March 2, 2026: Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO), a Navratna CPSE under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, organised its inaugural Cultural Day, “Tana–Bana,” at the Ansal Plaza Amphitheatre, Andrewsganj, New Delhi, reinforcing its commitment to employee engagement and organisational cohesion.

Conceptualised and curated by employees, the initiative aimed to celebrate HUDCO’s culturally diverse workforce and foster a stronger sense of belonging across teams.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from employees and their families, featuring a cultural parade of traditional attire, regional cuisine showcases, and interactive recreational activities.

The programme was inaugurated by CMD Sanjay Kulshrestha, along with senior officials, and included folk music and dance performances highlighting India’s regional diversity. Employees and their family members also contributed performances, reflecting internal talent and team spirit.

Addressing the gathering, CMD Sanjay Kulshrestha noted that “Tana–Bana” serves as a strategic platform to promote unity in diversity, deepen employee engagement, and strengthen collaboration across the organisation.

The successful debut positions the event as a potential annual initiative within HUDCO’s internal engagement calendar.
