New Delhi, Dec 24: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Rashtra Prerna Sthal in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, on December 25 to commemorate the 101st birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

The event, starting at 2:30 p.m., will involve Modi addressing a public gathering. Rashtra Prerna Sthal, constructed at a cost of Rs 230 crore and covering 65 acres, serves as a tribute to India’s leadership values and the legacy of significant leaders such as Vajpayee, Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee, and Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya.

The site includes bronze statues of these leaders and a lotus-shaped museum that highlights India’s historical journey through advanced technology. The area, previously a garbage dump, has been transformed into a national park through significant cleanup efforts, aiming to inspire future generations in the ideals of selfless leadership and good governance.
