PM Modi inaugurates Amrit Bharat Deshnoke Railway Station, flags off Bikaner-Mumbai train service

Bikaner, May 22 (IANS) On Thursday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi officially opened the Bikaner-Mumbai train service in Rajasthan’s Bikaner district and dedicated the renovated Amrit Bharat Deshnoke Railway Station.

He visited an exhibition at the train station during this time, spoke with the kids, and received some paintings as gifts.

He had previously landed at Bikaner’s Nal Airbase and traveled straight to Deshnok’s Karni Mata Temple. PM Modi prayed at the well-known temple.

Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal, Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, and Governor Haribhau Bagde of Rajasthan welcomed the Prime Minister when he arrived.

In addition to offering “prasad” and a contribution at the sanctum, temple officials greeted him with a model of the Karni Mata Temple.

PM Modi will lay the groundwork for other development projects totaling Rs 26,000 crore during the event, as well as inaugurate 103 Amrit Stations across the country.

Among these projects are 900 km of national roads in Rajasthan, seven significant road projects, three vehicle underpasses, 1,000 km of electrified railway tracks, and PowerGrid transmission project.
