Darbhanga/Bihar. 17 th December. Seva Gram Nazra an NGO working for women, children and senior citizens welfare in the rural areas of Darbhanga district in Bihar, organised on Sunday, AROGYA -1 ,day long free health checkup camp for senior citizens.Five hour long camp was conducted by a team of three doctors namely Dr M S Ahmed, senior orthopaedic, Dr N N Jha, physician and Dr Manish, an Accupressurist.

They examined about 110 patients for lifestyle disorders like BP, sugar, Arthritis, Asthma etc and prescribed tests a nd medicines.A team of paramedics led by Ashok took the parameters and samples of the patients. The camp was inaugurated with welcoming the Doctors with bouquets and mementos by senior office bearers of seva Gram namely D c thakur, dr NN jha, Shivendra Singh & Surendra Singh. Ward member of the panchayat,smt Jyoti Singh opened the camp by cutting the ribbon.

On this occasion members of the executive committee jeetendra Singh, Santosh yadav, Rohit Singh, Roshan Singh Rampreet kamti, shivnath yadav, Debu yadav, Naval Singh, Madan sada were present and managed the activities with the help of volunteers Abhishek Singh,suman Singh, Dharmendra,pankaj Singh and others.Advisors of the NGO, Bharat Singh and Uma Thakur actively participated in the program.
