JPCL Hosts 19th Annual General Meeting

Faridabad, Sept 04: Jalpower Corporation Limited (JPCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of NHPC, hosted its 19^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 2^nd September 2023 through video conferencing from its site office at Sikkip, Distt: Soreng, Sikkim. During the meeting, Biswajit Basu, Chairman, JPCL addressed the shareholders at the AGM wherein Board members of JPCL R. P. Sharma, U. S. Sahi, Anuj Kapoor and Smt. Manjusha Mishra were present. Ram Swaroop, CEO, JPCL, Dr. Trilochan Behera, CFO, JPCL, Priyanka, CS, JPCL, Sushil Das from Statutory Auditor of JPCL and Garima Duggal from Secretarial Auditor of JPCL were also present.

During the AGM, the Chairman highlighted performance of the company and status of its under construction project.

जेपीसीएल द्वारा 19वीं वार्षिक आम बैठक का आयोजन

एनएचपीसी की पूर्ण स्वामित्व वाली सहायक कंपनी, जलपावर कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड (जेपीसीएल) ने 02 सितंबर, 2023 को सिक्कीप, जिला: सोरेंग, सिक्किम स्थित अपने साइट ऑफिस से वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से अपनी 19वीं वार्षिक आम बैठक (एजीएम) आयोजित की । बैठक के दौरान, श्री बिश्वजीत बासु, अध्यक्ष,जेपीसीएल ने वार्षिक आम बैठक में शेयरधारकों को संबोधित किया । इस वार्षिक आम बैठक में जेपीसीएल बोर्ड के सदस्य श्री आर.पी. शर्मा, श्री यू.एस. साही, श्री अनुज कपूर और श्रीमती मंजूषा मिश्रा उपस्थित रहीं । इस दौरान श्री राम स्वरूप, सीईओ, जेपीसीएल, डॉ. त्रिलोचन बेहरा, सीएफओ, जेपीसीएल, श्रीमती प्रियंका, सीएस, जेपीसीएल, श्री सुशील दास ,सांविधिक लेखापरीक्षक, जेपीसीएल और श्रीमती गरिमा दुग्गल, सचिवीय लेखापरीक्षक, जेपीसीएल भी उपस्थित थी ।

वार्षिक आम बैठक के दौरान अध्यक्ष ने कंपनी के प्रदर्शन और निर्माणाधीन परियोजनाओं की स्थिति का उल्लेख किया ।
