NHPC Earns Profit Of Rs 3834 Crore During FY 2022-23 & Declares Dividend Of Rs 0.45 Per Share

New Delhi, May 30: NHPC Limited, India’s premier hydropower company and a ‘Mini Ratna’ Category-I Enterprise of the Government of India has declared its Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year 2022-23 with the approval of its Board of Directors.

The Company has reported Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs 3834 Crore on standalone basis in FY 2022-23 against Rs 3538 Crore for the last fiscal, which is higher by 8%. Consolidated Net Profit for 2022-23 stood at Rs 3890 compared to Rs 3524 Crore in 2021-22, thereby registering an increase of 10%. NHPC Power Stations achieved generation of 24907 Million Units (MUs) in FY 2022-23.

The Board of Directors have recommended final dividend of Rs 0.45 per Equity share for Financial Year 2022-23 in addition to interim dividend of Rs 1.40 per share. Accordingly, total dividend for FY 2022-23 is Rs 1.85 per share.

NHPC presently has an installed capacity of 7097.2 MW from 25 power stations and is presently engaged in the construction of 16 projects aggregating to a total installed capacity of 10489 MW. It also has 12 Projects with aggregate capacity of 5882 MW under clearance stage and 2 projects with aggregate capacity of 890 MW in Survey & Investigation stage.

भारत की अग्रणी जलविद्युत कंपनी और भारत सरकार का एक ‘मिनी रत्न’ श्रेणी- I उद्यम, एनएचपीसी लिमिटेड ने अपने निदेशक मंडल के अनुमोदन से वित्तीय वर्ष 2022-23 के लिए लेखापरीक्षित वित्तीय परिणामों की घोषणा की है।

कंपनी ने पिछले वित्त वर्ष के 3538 करोड़ रुपए की तुलना में वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 में एकल आधार पर कर पश्चात लाभ (पीएटी) 3834 करोड़ रुपए अर्जित किया है जो कि पिछले वित्त वर्ष से 8% अधिक है। पिछले वित्त वर्ष 2021-22 के समेकित शुद्ध लाभ 3524 करोड़ रुपए की तुलना में वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 में 3890 रुपए रहा, जिसमें 10%. की वृद्धि दर्ज की गई। एनएचपीसी के पावर स्टेशनों ने वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 में 24907 मिलियन यूनिट (एमयू) विद्युत उत्पादन किया है।

निदेशक मंडल ने 1.40 रुपए प्रति इक्विटी शेयर अंतरिम लाभांश के अतिरिक्त , वित्तीय वर्ष 2022-23 के लिए प्रति इक्विटी शेयर 0.45 रुपए के अंतिम लाभांश की सिफारिश की है। तदनुसार, वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 के लिए कुल लाभांश रुपए 1.85 प्रति शेयर है।

वर्तमान में, एनएचपीसी लिमिटेड के 25 पावर स्टेशनों की कुल संस्थापित क्षमता 7097.2 मेगावाट है और कंपनी 10489 मेगावाट की कुल संस्थापित क्षमता वाली 16 परियोजनाओं का निर्माण कर रही है। कंपनी के पास 5882 मेगावाट की कुल क्षमता वाली 12 परियोजनाएं मंजूरी चरण में और 890 मेगावाट की कुल क्षमता वाली 2 परियोजनाएं सर्वेक्षण व अन्वेषण चरण के अधीन हैं ।
