Landmark MoU Signed to Drive Innovation and Expand Footprint in Railway Infrastructure and Allied Sectors

New Delhi, May 31: Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), a Navratna CPSE under the Ministry of Railways, has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd., a leading name in the railway manufacturing and infrastructure sector, to jointly explore and develop new business opportunities in the railway and allied sectors, including manufacturing, maintenance, urban transport systems, and export-oriented projects.

The MoU was signed in the august presence of Pradeep Gaur, Chairman and Managing Director, RVNL and Sudipta Mukherjee, Managing Director, Texmaco.

Director operations RVNL Sh M P SINGH , and Director HR Ms Anupam Ban and senior officials from RVNLand texmaco were among those present .

The agreement was formalized by Manish Agarwal, Principal Executive Director (Mechanical), RVNL and sh a Sudipta Mukherjee of Texmaco.

This MoU marks the beginning of a strong collaboration aimed at driveing innovation, technology synergy, and market expansion across India’s railway and allied sectors w ith a view to explore emerging business opportunities and strategic collaboration

This parternersdho is set to energize the infrastructure, manufacturing, and maintenance landscape of the rail sector,

It will make use of strong points of both organizations—RVNL’s expertise in infrastructure project execution and Texmaco’s manufacturing excellence

, Through this strategic partnership, RVNL and Texmaco intend to jointly pursue:
•Manufacturing and maintenance of rolling stock

•Development and deployment of urban transport solutions

•Participation in high-value infrastructure and export projects

•Innovation-driven technology sharing and market expansion

With this alliance, RVNL continues to strengthen its profile as a future-ready infrastructure leader, expanding beyond conventional project execution into the manufacturing and maintenance of rolling stock, strategic industrial partnerships, and global ventures.
