New Delhi, Oct 16 Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh reviewed the expenditure of his ministry for the first six months of the current financial year.
The mimistry has utilised over 47 percent of the plan expenditure from April to September, or Rs.4,042 crore out of Rs.8,554 crore budget.
The ministry’s budget utilisation under plan head increased from 17.73 percent in 2011-12 to 32.11 percent in 2014-15 and 47.25 percent in the current financial year, during the first six months of the respective financial years, an official statement said here.
