New Delhi, Aug 7 Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday expressed grief and solidarity with flood-ravaged Myanmar.
“Sad to learn about devastating floods in Myanmar. India stands shoulder to shoulder with Myanmar in this hour of need,” the prime minister said.
The floods, caused by heavy rainfall since June, has destroyed houses, farmland, railway lines, bridges and roads.
