New Delhi, April 23: IT services major Infosys reported a robust financial performance for the fourth quarter of FY26, with consolidated net profit rising 27.8% quarter-on-quarter to ₹8,501 crore. On a year-on-year basis, profit increased 21% from ₹7,033 crore in the same period last year.
The strong earnings growth underscores the company’s operational resilience and sustained demand for digital services, even as the global macroeconomic environment remains uncertain. Sequential growth was driven by improved margins and steady deal wins across key markets.
Infosys’ performance highlights continued momentum in its core business segments, although the company has also seen a decline in headcount during the quarter, signaling a cautious approach toward workforce optimization amid evolving industry dynamics.
