Ahmedabad, April 28: Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL) reported a 9% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to ₹168.34 crore for Q4 FY26, supported by higher gas consumption and continued network expansion.

Revenue from operations rose 16.62% YoY to ₹1,694.61 crore during the quarter, while profit also grew 8% sequentially from ₹157.22 crore in Q3 FY26. Operational performance remained strong, with total gas volumes increasing 13% YoY to 297 MMSCM.

EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹310 crore, up 13% YoY, reflecting improved scale and efficiency.

For the full year FY26, ATGL posted a 14% rise in volumes to 1,133 MMSCM, while annual EBITDA increased 5% to ₹1,225 crore, indicating sustained growth momentum.

The company continued to expand its infrastructure footprint, with its CNG station network reaching 705 stations after adding 25 new outlets. Piped natural gas (PNG) household connections rose to around 1.1 million, including nearly 49,500 new additions during the year. Industrial and commercial connections increased to 9,965, with 214 new customers onboarded.

ATGL also strengthened its pipeline network, completing around 15,572 inch-kilometres of steel pipelines, while commissioning nine additional City Gate Stations and one LCNG plant to expand supply coverage.

In line with its clean mobility strategy, the company scaled up its electric vehicle ecosystem, with EV charging points surpassing 5,100. It also improved its ESG profile, receiving higher sustainability ratings from CareEdge and the National Stock Exchange.

CEO Suresh P. Manglani attributed the performance to strong execution, digital enablement, and consistent demand growth across segments, positioning the company for continued expansion in India’s city gas distribution market.
