New Delhi: Navratna PSU NBCC (India) Ltd on Monday reported a strong rise in consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of FY26, supported by improved operational performance and steady growth in its core project management consultancy (PMC) business.
The company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 253.51 crore in Q4 FY26, marking a 38.78 per cent increase from Rs 182.66 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY25.
Revenue from operations stood at Rs 4,559.79 crore during the March quarter, marginally lower by 1.8 per cent compared to Rs 4,643.84 crore a year ago.
On a sequential basis, NBCC delivered robust momentum, with profit rising 28.5 per cent and revenue growing nearly 51 per cent over the previous quarter.
The PMC segment, the company’s key revenue driver, recorded around 2 per cent year-on-year growth, generating Rs 4,356.78 crore during the quarter.
However, revenues from the real estate and EPC segments remained subdued. Real estate revenue declined to Rs 42.72 crore from Rs 161.39 crore a year earlier, while EPC revenue stood at Rs 140 crore compared to Rs 211 crore in Q4 FY25.
At the operational level, EBITDA stood at Rs 287 crore during the quarter, compared with Rs 297 crore in the year-ago period.
The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.46 per equity share of face value Re 1 for FY26, subject to shareholders’ approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The company said the dividend, if approved, would be paid within 30 days of declaration.
