Faridabad, August 13 The HRD Centre of Excellence of NHPC, India’s premier hydropower company organized a 5 days ‘Advanced Management Program’ for Chief Engineers from different Projects, Power Stations and Corporate Office at NHPC Office Complex, Faridabad from 30th July to 3rd August 2018.
The program inter-alia covered cross functional topics to enhance managerial and technical competencies of senior executives to enable them transform into strategic leaders and assume higher responsibilities.
The concluding function of the program was graced by Balraj Joshi, CMD, NHPC, Ratish Kumar, Director (Projects), N.K. Jain, Director (Personnel), M.K. Mittal, Director (Finance) and Janardan Choudhary, Director (Technical).
CMD, NHPC in his valedictory address, emphasized the need to share knowledge and keep abreast with the latest technical advancements taking place world over. Further, he stated that the skills acquired during the program should be practiced in respective domains for improving performance and making NHPC a learning organization.
