Government extends PAN-Aadhaar linkage deadline

New Delhi, July 02  The Central government on Saturday extended the deadline for taxpayers to link their Permanent Account Number (PAN) with Aadhaar while filing returns.

According to a late-night Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) notification, taxpayers can now link PAN with Aadhaar till March 31, 2019.
