World Environment Day 2018 Celebrated In NHPC

World Environment Day 2018 was celebrated by NHPC Limited, India’s premier hydropower company on 5^th June 2018 across its locations. On this occasion a plantation programme was organized at its Corporate Office wherein Shri Balraj Joshi, Chairman and Managing Director, NHPC, Shri Ratish Kumar, Director (Projects), Shri N.K. Jain, Director (Personnel), Shri M.K. Mittal, Director (Finance), Prof. Arun Kumar, Independent Director and Shri Janardan Choudhary, Executive Director (O&M) planted saplings. Various activities like plantation, Swachhta Abhiyan, essay/debate/painting competitions etc. were organized at various power stations/projects to mark the occasion.
