Guwahati, June 07; The Ticket Checking Section of Northeast Frontier Railway at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) has achieved a historic milestone by generating more than Rs 2.08 crore in ticket checking revenue during May 2026.
According to Northeast Frontier Railway officials, this is the highest monthly ticket checking revenue ever recorded by any section across the NFR zone, setting a new benchmark in revenue protection and ticket compliance enforcement.
