New Delhi, Sept 25: Today on the 10th day of the ongoing Swacchhata Pakhwada the theme was “Swacch Ahar” which was organized at major railway stations to keep improvement, cleanliness of the pantry car and railway pantry.
Inspection of Pantry cars was conducted by team of officers and staff to propagate awareness on cleanliness & hygiene among pantry car staff. Pantry car utensils, Food Stuff and its store area, medical fitness of pantry staff for cleanliness and hygiene was also inspected. Base Kitchen and its Store area were checked for cleanliness and hygiene. In the on-going swachchta pakhwada program, an cleanliness awareness campaign was organised today at New Delhi Railway Station with the help of “Pratishtha Yuva Sangathan”.
An appeal was made to the passengers and employees for adopting cleanliness and to make the station a clean and beautiful station.
