New Delhi, Sep 03 The 57th Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) programme, held from August 20th to September 2nd, 2025, focused on ‘Making Cities Sustainable.’ Organized by the Human Settlement Management Institute (HSMI) for the Ministry of External Affairs, the two-week program brought together 24 overseas professionals from 22 countries.
HUDCO CMD Sanjay Kulshrestha addressed participants, discussing urbanization challenges and green initiatives for urban quality of life. The program included thematic lectures on urbanisation, sustainability, affordable housing, and green mobility, along with study visits, group exercises, country-specific presentations, and cultural exposure.
