Faridabad, Oct 31 NHPC Limited, India’s premier hydropower company and a ‘Mini Ratna’ Category-I Enterprise of the Government of India commenced the observance of Vigilance Awareness Week from 30th October to 04th November 2017 at Corporate Office, Faridabad and its various field units/locations.

On this occasion, Shri Cherian Mathew, Executive Director administered the oath of “Integrity Pledge” to the employees at Corporate Office, Faridabad.  During the inaugural function, Shri M.K. Goel, Dy. Chief Vigilance Officer highlighted the various programmes scheduled to be held during the Vigilance Awareness Week and also stressed upon all to participate in the different activities to make it a grand success.

In addition to this, outreach activities such as competitions like Drawing/Painting, Declamation, Poster making, Nukkad Natak etc. were organised by NHPC at Murari Lal Senior Secondary School and Holy Child Public School, Faridabad on 30th and 31st October 2017. Such programmes related to Vigilance Awareness Week 2017 are also scheduled to be held in other schools and colleges in Faridabad.
