DVC was awarded 2^nd prize of “NTPC AWARD- 2016-17” in a prestigious ceremony at New Delhi on 31.08.2017. Shri Piyush Goyal, Hon’ble Minister of State (IC) for Power, Coal, New and Renewable Energy and Mines, Govt. of India, gave away the said prize to Shri Andrew WK Langstieh, IA&AS, Chairman, DVC. The prize is awarded to the organisation from amongst the Power Sectors under the Govt. of India for implementation of Official Language.
