Dr. Anoop Kumar Mittal, CMD, NBCC, delivering Dr. K. L. Rao Memorial Lecture at the 31^st Indian Engineering Congress organized by Institute of Engineers India and held in Kolkata recently. Dr. Mittal was invited by the Institute to deliver the Memorial lecture at the Congress where he spoke at length on Sustainable Development along with faster construction technology.
