Maruti introduces 'WagonR Primea'3

To further build on the success of WagonR, Maruti Udyog Limited on Wednesday introduced a Special Limited edition of the model across the country. Called WagonR Primea, the vehicle comes with an interesting interior 2-tone colour plan and colour co-ordinated beige upholstery. Premium fabric,
two-tone leather steering wheel and co-ordinated centre garnish enhance the aesthetic appeal of the vehicle. Alloy wheels, front fog lamps, chrome muffler cap, stylish body graphics and body colored door-handles make up the premium exterior. New design speedometer with a halo effect and Primea watermark reiterate the distinctiveness. 

Keyless entry provides convenience to the customer. According to a Maruti spokesperson, "The name "Primea" connotes premiumness. It is a tastefully designed product reflecting the discerning choice of the
ever-demanding consumer. It promises to offer the plush luxury of an A3 segment car in the premium compact range".

WagonR witnessed an impressive growth of 57% during 2004-05. In the first six months this fiscal (2005-06), WagonR has further grown by 14% over the corresponding period last year. 

Cumulative sales of WagonR have crossed 2,50,000 units. The WagonR Primea will be available in two exciting metallic colours: Midnight Black and a new Champagne Gold colour. WagonR Primea is priced at Rs. 3.89 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
