Maruti sales 43949 vehicles in
September 2005

Car market leader Maruti Udyog Limited sold 46,393 vehicles in the domestic market in September 2005. This is 15 per
cent more than the domestic sales in September 2004.
The company had sold 40,322 vehicles in the domestic market in September 2004.
The company's total sale in September 2005 was 49,278 units. This included export of 2,885 units.
Maruti's volume in the domestic A2 segment grew by 35 per cent, in the A3 segment by 8 per cent and in the C segment by 7 per cent during the month
compared to sales in September 2004.
The sales figures for September 2005 are given below:
