IRCON turnover increases by 38% at Rs. 465 cr

New Delhi, October 28, 2004

IRCON International Ltd., a public sector undertaking under the Ministry of Railways, has recorded a turnover of around Rs.465 crores during the first half of 2004-05, which is 38 per cent more than the first half-yearly results of 2003-04. The turnover from domestic projects has also increased tremendously during the first half of 2004-05 by 55 per cent from Rs. 262 crores in the first half of 2003-04 to Rs. 407 crores for the half year ending September 30, 2004.

IRCON is all set to become a 1000 crore company in terms of its turnover in the current year, 2004-05.
