NTPC Bags Scope Award for Best Practices in Human Resource Management

New Delhi November 08, 2006

NTPC Limited has been presented Scope Meritorious Award for Best Practices in Human Resource Management – 2004-05 for Innovative Human Resource Management Practices well integrated with the business requirements of the Company. The award presented by Sontosh Mohan Dev, Hon’ble Minister of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises to T. Sankaralingam, CMD, NTPC Limited in New Delhi today. The Director [HR] R.C.Shrivastav was also present on the occasion. The awards were presented on the occasion of 2nd Director’s Conclave on Corporate Governance, organized by Standing Conference of Public Enterprises [SCOPE].
