Political Situation in Kyrgyzstan

The political authorities in Kyrgyzstan are changed.

The changing was occurred in result of the struggle of the people for the honest and fair parliament election.

The new Government of the Kyrgyz Republic has confirmed all earlier accepted international duties by the bilateral and multilateral cooperation.

At the present time by the decision of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic, the former convocation of Parliament is acting till to enter in to the power of a new 4th convocation of Parliament of Kyrgyzstan.

By the decision of the acting Parliament Mr. Kurmanbek Bakiev, Chairman of the Coordination Board of National Movement of Kyrgyzstan has appointed as a Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In connection with absence of the Head of State and according to the Constitution of Kyrgyzstan, Mr. Kurmanbek Bakiev has appointed as the Acting President before carrying out of the extraordinary presidential elections. On the errand of Parliament, Mr. Kurmanbek Bakiev has established a new interim Government.

Mrs. Roza Otunbaeva, ex–Foreign Minister has been appointed as Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Mostly neighboring countries have officially expressed the readiness about cooperation with a new Government of Kyrgyzstan.
