New Delhi, Aug 8 The cost of Hyderabad Metro has been pegged at Rs.14,132 crore, Minister of State for Urban Development Saugata Roy told parliament Wednesday.

According to Roy, Rs.1,458 crore will be spent by the central government while Larsen and Tubro Metro Rail will spend Rs.12,674 crore.

The Andhra Pradesh government will spend Rs.1,980 crore on the project, slated to be completed in 2017.
