The GSPA was signed between the Chairman and Managing Director, GAIL (India) Limited, B.C. Tripathi and the Chairman, Turkmengaz, Sahatmurad Mamedov in the presence of Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas, Jaipal Reddy, at Ashgabat on May 23, 2012.
