Hello Mr Bhargava,
I had received check of £299, and the letter from Air
India stating that they are calculating the amount basis
on 22Kg Weight- £17 per Kg.
What the Hell is this ? As I had told you earlier -My
Big VIP Luggage Bag was 30 Kg in weight. (And My Total
Claim is £3500)
I don't know on what basis Air India officials are
calculating it to 22Kg Weight and £17 per kg. If this is
what Air India is giving and treating Customer's like
this,
I will request all other People to Avoid Flying by Air
India. As People Luggage Bag's are not Safe with Air
India
I request Star News, NDT TV, Zee, BCC People to Take
note of this and Ask People Avoid Flying by Air India.
I want my VIP Bag. Please ask your Air India Officials
to find my VIP bag at any Cost and deliver it to me as
soon as possible.
Please look into this as soon as possible.
Waiting for your reply.
Regards,
Sandeep

Hello Mr Bhargava,
How can you say this? Could you please let me know how
they are calculating this ?
For 30 Kg big VIP Luggage Bag - The cost of the bag
itself is more than £100 .If you can not do any thing,
Then Please ask your Air India Officials to find my VIP
bag at any Cost and deliver it to me as soon as
possible.
Hope I will get my Bag soon.
Or else I can say Air India officials are not giving
Total Claim - That means definitely the Corruption is
going on

Subject : An urgent appeal for grant of visit visa to
India to see my seriosly ill mother
Respected Sir
I am an Indian residing in New Zealand . I have
applied for a Visa to go to India at Indian Embassy on
14 February 2006 as my mother is seriously ill. I have
been informed that I can not be granted a visa to go to
India as I had previously travelled on my Indian
Passport (Passport Number V305250 ) to India after
obtaining the NZ citizenship.
As this was first time that I obtained citizenship of
another country, I was not aware that after obtaining
another citizenship one is not supposed to travel on
Indian passport to India. The New Zealand authority does
not tell us anything in this regard when we obtain their
citizenship.
It was only when one of our friends told us that it
is not allowed to travel on Indian passport to India
after obtaining citizenship of NZ, we became aware of
this rule & got our Indian passports cancelled in the
first week of August 2005 I realize that I have
committed a mistake due to ignorance. We have always
been very law abiding people as evident by our previous
record in this regard. Had we known about this law we
would have got our Indian Passports cancelled
immediately.
My mother is 81 year old & is seriously ill .She
needs me to be with her at this difficult time. Please
do not take away my chance to see her for the last time.
I have not seen her for the past 3 years. I am really
stressed that I can't be with my mother at this time of
need. This may be my only chance to see her alive.
Please grant me a Visa to go to India on
compassionate ground as soon as possible.I have already
sent a request to Mr. Syam Saran, the Foreign Secretary,
Ministry of External Affairs to grant me visa on
compassionate grounds to see my mother. My New zealand
passport no . is AA 342635 issued on 21.12.2001 & valid
till 21.12.2011.
I am very hopeful to get a prompt reply from you as I
have been trying to get a visa for over more than a
month with no result. Please help me.
Yours faithfully,

I spoke to the Indian High Commission today. They have
confirmed that my case is clear for the issuance of
Visa. I should receive it in a couple of days.
I do not have enough words to thank you for all your
efforts. Sitting here thousands of miles away in NZ , I
felt so helpless... I did not know whom to contact. Then
I came across your site & I was amazed with the
promptness of your response & the whole devotion that
you gave to my case to help solve my problem. It would
not have been possible at all without your help.
I would like to meet you in person to covey my gratitude
when I come to India. Will contact you soon. |

Complaint details |
I am a regular user of IRCTC and I book all my railway
tickets thru you web Services, I booked my ticket with
above PNR NO but unfortunately the train got cancelled
due to heavy rains in Chennai and due to some undue
reasons I forced travel by air and was not able to
cancel my ticket with in three days as I was traveling
from one place to another to reach my ultimate
designation.
(I had submitted my ticket at Ujjain (MP) railway
station on 2/11/2005 and received Ticket Deposit Receipt
after showing all my other traveling tickets (Flight
tickets from Chennai to Mumbai, Mumbai to Pune and Pune
to Ujjain for confirmation of not using the above said
ticket and also to confirm the reason for not able to
cancel the ticket on time).
I have sent all the details to IRCTC Delhi, and
following it from past three months regular, but till
date I don’t have any satisfactory reply from them and I
also even don’t know what will happen to my refund as my
credit card is also expiring this month (Card used to
book the ticket). It also very surprising that after
displaying all concerned officer names and contact
details of officers responsible to give information’s to
public as per public information act 2005 are not ready
to come on line at all.
And now it is only wastage of money to make calls from
Chennai to Delhi every time to get promise that we will
look into this and get back to you next week.
I am attaching all related details regarding this ,
Please advice how to get my refund on time.
Thanks/Regards

Complaint details |
My reference no. RF1/13/6933/J/T/2005 dated 30th
November 2005 issued by Northern Railway headquarters
office, IInd floor, Stn. Bldg., New Delhi forwarded to
FA & CAO/TA/local N.Ralway state entry road, New Delhi
to pay my refund for my unutilised 2nd a/c ticket from
Pune to Jammu and Back of Rs. 18,116/- and mentioned my
ref. no. 7/2/e-mail/T/05/1067 dated 30th November 2005
advice sent to me.
I was traveled on 16th May 2005 and return on 21st May
2005. It's almost a year to complete still I have not
received. my refund as on date. Neither Railway accounts
release my payment nor IRCTC interested in chasing my
money. I am in Pune and it is really a pain to make a
STD call every day to IRCTC Mr. Indoria.
I approach DRM/DCM/ACM/DTCI (Divisional ticket chief
inspector Mr. Baskar Rao and Mr. Rajashekaran ACM
Central Railway Pune to take out my rail chart and
sending to IRCTC to process my refund. IRCTC not in a
position to consider finding out a solution to collect
my refund. I have to collect all the papers from Pune
Railway station with the help of Mr. Baskar Rao and Mr.
Rajashekaran and with their gratitude I forward all the
paper to New Delhi IRCTC and IRCTC just forward my
papers to Northern Railway Chief Commercial Manager (Mr.
Vijay Kumar) to process my refund.
My regular follow up with Northern Railway I got this
advice and their accounts staffs not yet process my
money to IRCTC. Neither I got their BSNL Connection nor
I am in a position to Visit New Delhi for my refund
purpose.
I have taken mental tension and because of this refund
amount I have to go for my medical check-up regularly to
check my BP and hypertension and the mental torture
given by both IRCTC and Northern Railway.
You are requested to kindly look in to this matter as it
was kept pending so long and Mr. Indoria is not in a
position to help out his customers to get their
appropriate refund back to them. He was very harsh as
well as no human values also. It’s really very ugly to
stat e that this kind of officer how they are going to
help their customer and in future how people trust IRCTC
in purchasing rail ticket through network?
It’s my humble request to please take an immediate
action and kindly arrange to get back my refund.
An early action will be highly appreciated |

I am having a HP connection for my family with M/s. Sugam Enterprises, Kanakapura Road, Bangalore. My Consumer No: 605097. Whenever I book for refill the same is not delivered even after 15 - 20 Days.
Recently when I enquired with them, the Manager says he cant supply HP Gas and he has stopped HP distribution and if it is very urgent he will supply
Indane Cylinder for which I have to pay Rs. 25 - 30
Extra. Is this the situation of HP. Need an explanation
and also request you to initiate appropriate action
against the agency. |

This has reference to e mail of 5th January 2006 on the subject from one Shri Krishnan and in turn redirected it to us by fax. In response our Sales Officer contacted residence of LPG connection holder Smt. Suprabha Sampath and spoke on 9th. It was confirmed to him that their was no
pending refill booking and the last refill against booking on 26.12.2005 was delivered around 5th(exact date was not readily available). On our enquiry with distributorship we understand that the refill
was delivered on 4th.
We have also checked earlier 4 supplies and find that maximum delay was in month of Nov. 05 when the supplies were delayed by 18
days. The allegation of helplessness in arranging the supplies and offering Indane refill cylinder on extra charge could not be established during our investigation.
The reasons for delay against each supply has been reviewed.
In future we would appreciate if the e mails pertaining to HPCL LPG supplies all over the country are routed to me through e mail. This will further expedite our response.

The Regional Manager / Manager Customer Srervice Cell
Hindustan Petroleum Corp Ltd., Patna RO Re.: Complain for LPG supply Ref- customer no -0257 - M/s Annant Gas Agency, Patna
Dear Sirs,
I tryied to book a refil on telephone with your
agency but was not possible. I sent my staff to book the refil
and after 3 visits, it could be booked on 27 December. I
was assured delivery in 10 days.
Today, when we contacted the agency, he clarily said
that delivery are being made for booking upto 15 Dec and
if I want refil urgently, I should come to his godown
tomoro between 7 & 8 AM. My subsequent attempts to
contact them on phone failed.
I have some questions & can I have your
comments:-
1. Are we suppossed to take delivery from agency's
godown?
2. If delivery is made for booking upto 15 Dec, How I
can get the refil tomorow from their godown?
3. Whether HPC has any chrecking system or it has
allowed agency scot-free to unfair trade?
4. Why not HPCL or the Oil-Industry advertising the
new delivery system in Newspapers, if approved?
Sir, before approaching your agency and taking godown
delivery, I would expect your reply on return mail or on
telephone. Sir, perhaps I haven't demanded a minimum courtsey from HPCL.
Thanking you & awaiting your response
Yours faithfully
